LAMP CHC values and appreciates the skills, knowledge and commitment community-minded citizens contribute to our society. By becoming a member of LAMP CHC, you help us to build a healthy, strong and resilient community. You also recognize our efforts to encourage the people who live in the Lakeshore to get involved. Members believe in the work we do at LAMP CHC and are committed to our multi-faceted approach to health and well-being. Some of the services we offer address hunger, poverty, unemployment, literacy, loneliness, family and parenting pressures, stress, housing problems and health concerns linked with aging. Our funders also ask about our active membership as a way to demonstrate accountability and support from the community.
