Volunteer Application Form
Volunteer packages can be picked up at LAMP’s Reception at 185 Fifth St. You can also print the application form, then fill it out, and fax it to 416-252-8965, Attention: Saeid Salimi Khoozani, or fill out the online volunteer application.
You will be contacted if there is an opening in the area that matches your skills, interests and availability.
