Primary Health Care

What
A family practice in which family doctors and nurse practitioners work together in teams. An emphasis is placed on health education and prevention.

LAMP C.H.C. uses a multi-disciplinary approach to health and well being. A range of services are offered through an integrated approach to wellness which links clients to the programs they need to maintain good health.This could include counselling, access to food, help with housing issues, joining a social group, literacy or information on income support.

Who
Clients range from newborn to elderly, who live in the LAMP catchment area.

When
Hours: 
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday:   9:00am – 8:00pm
Thursday:   8:30am – 12:00pm
Friday:   8:30am – 5:00pm
