Have you lost hope that a broken household or electronic item will ever be fixed? Need your clothing fixed or even your jewelry?

Put those thoughts to rest with the help of volunteer “fixers” at LAMP Community Health Centre’s upcoming free Repair Café. These “fixers” will be able to fix just about anything – from clothing, electronics, bikes, lamps, and much more; volunteer fixers are still needed! New skills will be learned and shared between “fixers” and visitors by building community relationships and saving your prized possessions all in one go. Come to LAMP at 185 Fifth Street on Saturday August 10 from 11-2 to repair, restore, and reuse your most beloved items. Contact Jasmin Dooh at 416-252-6471 ext. 308 for more information.“

Our Community Needs Your Support

Every little bit helps. You may not think you make much of a difference, but in the words of those who use LAMP CHC’s services:

"Everyday we come to LAMP CHC, life gets a little easier to get back on track. We would have just given up if it wasn’t for them."
