Free mindfulness classes to improve your health and well being. This 4 part series aims at helping you to develop strategies for everyday stress or anxiety management or pain management etc.. Sessions will include: simple techniques to focus on breathing and muscle relaxation. Wednesdays in October 7, 14, 21, and 28. Registration is required. Participants will be sent the link.
Facilitator Corin De Sousa is a graduate of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program from the Toronto Academic Pain Medicine Institute (TAPMI) at Women’s College.
