LAMP is once again offering free online mindfulness classes to improve your health and well being. This 8 part series aims at helping you to develop strategies to build your coping skills and resilience. You will also gain tools to manage everyday stress or worry. The meditations can also help with anxiety management or pain management Sessions will include: simple techniques to focus on breathing and muscle relaxation. Wednesdays February and March 2022. Registration is required. Participants will be sent the link.
Facilitator Corin De Sousa is a graduate of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program from the Toronto Academic Pain Medicine Institute (TAPMI) at Women’s College.
