Do you have a broken household item? Or some clothing you need repaired? Don’t toss it! Bring your items to LAMP for our FREE Repair Cafe on Saturday April 26 from noon to 4 pm. We fix small appliances, computers, electronics, clothes, jewellery, books, and more, and we will show you how to fix it for free! First come, first served. At a Repair Café event we have fixers with expertise on repairing computers, electronics, small appliances, clothes, jewellery, book and paper repairs, toys, bikes, among others. And they can fix many other household items as well. So just bring it on! There is no limit but to reduce the waiting time during busy periods, a maximum of ONE broken item per person will be examined. If it is busy, you can take a number and, while you’re waiting, have a friendly conversation with your neighbours. The Repair Cafe organization is always looking for new volunteer fixers so if you would like to help out at this event please let us know.
