About Wellness Workshop
September is a great time to boostyour wellness journey. This set of workshops is held on Zoom including 4consecutive sessions. Breath work, strengthening moves, meditations andencouragement. The focus will be on wellness during these uncertain times and how to cope. With Covid-19 numbers starting to rise, LAMP’s latestwellness series is taking an optimistic approach to improve our well-being.These sessions will focus on uncertainty: understanding how the mind and bodyresponds to uncertainty and how we can neutralize the negative effects andembrace each day with the beginner’s mind. The session will run from September15th to October 6th every Tuesday on Zoom at 2PM. Wellnessspecialist Mary Craig has been working in the mental health field for more than20 years and is a certified instructor in Yoga and Qigong. Sessions will be Tuesdays at 2 pm StartingSeptember 15.
