About LAMP's Virtual Wellness Workshop Series
Looking for somethingdifferent to help boost your wellness and lift your spirits? LAMP is launchinganother wellness series with activities to improve mental health andwell-being. Starting in November we are introducing 4 (Nov. 5 , Nov. 12, 19 and26.) consecutive workshops on thursday afternoons at 2 pm that help people tocope with COVID-19 fatigue, stress and anxiety. The workshop will help you tomanage and control thoughts and feelings with wellness techniques and tools. Theseries will be facilitated by Mary Craig Honours Psychology Degree, Master ofEducation and Environmental Sustainability specializing in contemplativestudies and humane living. Certification in Yoga, Qigong, Thai Yoga Massage,Mindfulness for Chronic Pain Management and Mindfulness in Schools.
