Community Doctor Referrals

With a collaborative approach to healthcare, our community doctor referral program allows individuals who are not clients of LAMP to access short-term Social Work Counselling services at our site. Your local doctor can refer you directly to register for our services.

Who do we serve?

We provide short-term Social Work Counselling services to clients who are referred to us directly by a local doctor or healthcare provider.

Please be advised that we do not provide services to:
– Current clients of LAMP
