Toronto Public Health Dental
Toronto Public Health Dental services are available at LAMP CHC as a part of Toronto Public Health’s efforts to rebuild public health functions. Please call (416) 338-7034 ahead to register as a client or confirm your appointment.

Family Service Toronto
Family Service Toronto (FST) Counselling Services offers individual, family and couple counselling. To book on-site counselling services at LAMP, virtual counselling, or services with another FST program, phone the Family Service Access Unit at 416-595-9618.
YMCA Child Care Centre
The Toronto LAMP YMCA Childcare Centre provides high-quality licensed care for children in a stimulating environment so they can learn, grow and thrive. Programs are based on a curriculum designed to help children reach their full potential. This centre provides access to outdoor space and activities.

Reconnect Health Services
Reconnect Health Services offers a wide range of community-based services for seniors, caregivers and people living with mental health and addictions concerns. To access Reconnect services at LAMP, phone 416-248-2050 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Albion Neighbourhood Services
Albion Neighbourhood Services provides Housing Help Services at our Lakeshore site to assist individuals/households in a variety of areas including free access to housing resources and supports, tenant advocacy, and more. To register for, Housing Help Services in South Etobicoke, please phone: 416-740-3704.
Snyp Truck
The Toronto Animal Services SNYP Mobile Clinic provides spay/neuter services for cat and dog owners in low-income households, who may not be able to afford traditional veterinarians. To book an appointment, call 416-338-6281 or email spayneuter@toronto.ca.
After-Hours Care
In an emergency – call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. If experiencing a mental health crisis – please call one of the listed crisis lines here.
Clients who already see our providers for their healthcare, have access outside of regular operational hours where they can be connected to the doctor on-call. This service is not available if you are not already a client of LAMP Community Health Centre with a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner. Please call us during regular operating hours.
On-Call For Registered Primary Care Clients
If you a registered client, our on-call service can be accessed when our locations are closed any day of the week including 24-hour coverage on weekends and holidays. Please call our main line(s) to be directed to the on-call operators who will assist you with getting in touch. On-Call communication is a callback system. Please note that our on-call operators may not immediately respond to client calls.
