Gender Affirming Care

A set of support services for, but not limited to, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, intersex, queer, questioning and Two-Spirit (LGBTTIQQ2S+) community members.

Our services aim to promote healthy, safe, and proud LGBTTIQQ2S+ communities by providing support and resources, reducing social exclusion and improving access to health and social services.

Our Program Calendar

Our Services Include:

  • Support and social drop-ins
  • One-to-one support and referral sessions
  • Confidential phone, email, and Facebook contact
  • Primary health care that strives to be inclusive to trans and gender diverse people
  • Advocacy around trans and gender diverse issues
  • Referral to trans and gender diverse positive services including counselling
  • Consultations with service provider allies and families of trans and gender diverse individuals
  • Collaboration with community organizations on joint initiatives including education and trainings
Who do we serve?

Our programs, services, and resources are offered to members of all ages belonging to the LGBTTIQQ2S+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Questioning, 2 Spirit) community.

We offer translation and interpretation services, thanks to our team members who speak multiple languages. Please feel free to reach out to us directly for more information or assistance.

Our Regular Hours of Operation:
Trans Active Drop-In
Wednesdays 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

A weekly supportive and social drop-in space for members of Trans & Gender-Diverse Communities.

QX Drop-In
Mondays 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

A weekly drop-in support and social group for members of LGBTTIQQ2S+ Communities.

Patients must live within the following area to access services: Between Matheson Blvd, Lake Ontario, Hurontario and Etobicoke Creek.

Lakeshore (South Etobicoke):

Patients must live within the following area to access services: Between The Queensway (North), Humber River (East), Etobicoke Creek (West) and Lake Ontario (South).
