Harm Reduction Practice
Our Harm Reduction Program helps people who use drugs reduce the negative effects on their health and relationships.
It is a client-centered, evidence-based program. LAMP offers services that don’t judge or force people to do anything, so they can make their own decisions about their health. Support to learn the skills and information needed to live safer, healthier lives through a variety of programs, tools, and useful strategies, without forcing anyone to give up drugs.


Services
The harm reduction services include regular street outreach, supply distribution, safe disposal of used supplies, condom distribution, sex worker supports, overdose response training, drug use information, community education and connection to services and resources.
Kits and access to other harm reduction supplies are available without an appointment during LAMP operating hours at our main reception area.

Adult Drop-In
What We Do
The Adult Drop-In space at LAMP is where unhoused adults can come to and eat a meal, have access to laundry and showers, and connect to services and supports in an open, safe and welcoming place.

- Tuesday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Wednesday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Thursday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Breakfast is at 10am, Lunch at 12pm on the above days.
*Harm reduction kits and supplies are also available during program hours.
