Who do we serve?
ASK! Community Information services have no eligibility criteria and are open to all community members, except for tax filing and newcomer settlement services.
*We offer translation and interpretation services as needed. Please feel free to reach out to us directly for more information or assistance.
Our Regular Hours of Operation
Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Walk-in’s welcome however please note that some services may need an appointment or return visit to resolve / assist with your needs.

Client Advocacy Services – East Mississauga Site
Advocates with and for East Mississauga clients who need support with accessing health and social service resources and supports
Resource support navigating local healthcare, public service and social service systems
Assistance to clients in need with gathering and processing documents such as name/gender designation changes, housing and unemployment forms, pension, disability, ontario works forms etc.
Support and resources for Immigration requirements, Interim Federal Health papers, accessing legal aid, government benefits and other basic needs support connection – food and clothing resources etc.
Client advocacy services can help resolve issues and concerns when navigating the health and social services, creating pathways to improve your experience.
