The LAMP leadership team is comprised of core senior management staff responsible for spearheading different departments within our organization. Their roles include overseeing various areas including strategic planning, operations and financial management, community engagement, and more.
Keddone Dias
Executive Director
Keddone Dias’ commitment to building healthy communities has fuelled her passion to work in the not-for-profit sector for over 20 years. In her current role as Executive Director at LAMP Community Health Centre, Keddone leads a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of primary health care services and health promotion programs that address the needs of the whole person.
Dennis Fong
Director, Human Resources
As the Director of Human Resources, Dennis Fong has accountability for the strategic human resources function at LAMP. Dennis brings over 25years of senior leadership in the healthcare sector to LAMP CHC and as a career human resources practitioner focuses on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and service quality.
Lilian Lu
Director, Finance & Payroll
Lilian Lu, as a certified public accountant (CPA), has over 18 years of experience in non-profit accounting and over 15 years of experience as the head of the finance and payroll departments at LAMP.

Director, Organizational Performance
Leona Ellis is the Director of Organizational Performance, a newly designated role at LAMP CHC since 2022. She joined LAMP with over 28 years of experience in the community health sector and has worked as a resource for several care agencies.
Jacqueline St. Kitts
Senior Director, Community Relations
As Senior Director of Community Programs at LAMP, Jacqueline is responsible for managing and developing partnerships in our sector and ensuring seamless programming and support initiatives according to the needs of those we serve.
Racquel Bremmer
Clinical Director, Black Health & Social Service Hub
Racquel Bremmer has held senior leadership roles in community healthcare, hospital and social service organizations across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond for nearly a decade, focusing on primary care access and related challenges for historically disenfranchised communities.
Melissa Aldoroty
Senior Director, Clinical Health Services
Melissa Aldoroty is a Regulated Health Professional with over 25 years of healthcare experience, including 17 years in community-based care, bringing compassionate, values-driven leadership while serving our diverse populations here at LAMP CHC. She holds degrees in Occupational Therapy and Health Management, along with a Project Management certificate, which together inform her systems-level perspective…
Karina Rico
Executive Assistant
With over 17 years of experience across diverse administrative settings, Karina brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role. She provides essential support to the Executive Director, Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors, managing a wide range of operational and administrative functions along with facilitating internal and external engagement as directed and special projects.
Our Board Members
The Board is composed of 15 people all of whom are members of LAMP Inc., not employed by any agency which is involved in contract with LAMP Inc. and are elected by the membership at an Annual General Meeting. The board is responsible for the governance of LAMP which includes establishing policies and setting the overall direction of the organization.
Julet Allen
Chair
Julet Allen is the former Program Director at Delta Family Resource Centre, and Professor at York University and Humber College. Before joining Delta, she worked with Toronto Community Housing, the second largest social housing provider in North America for 15 years.
Kelly Klein
Vice-Chair
Kelly is a local resident and has an extensive nursing background through a combination of roles at University Health Network, Michael Garron Hospital, and Hospital for Sick Children. Her experience includes a wide array of clinical care, quality improvement and health information system roles.
Erika Deutsch
Treasurer
Erika Deutsch is a resident of south Etobicoke and passionate about community involvement. She believes in a holistic health model and empowering healthy choices for a healthy life.
David Thornley
Member-At-Large
David is a retired resident who lives in Mimico and brings a wealth of experience in CHCs. He was a founding member of the Parkdale CHC and, an Executive Director at both the East End (4 years) and Guelph (6 years) CHCs. In addition, he has worked in the Provincial Government as a Coordinator of Provincial Projects for Community Health Centres (10 years).
Bonnie Heath
Bonnie is a retired senior in Long Branch, who has been using LAMP’s Primary Health services for nearly 15 years. Her affection for LAMP dates back to 1985 when she started her healthcare career in the Occupational Health Program here. Her strong commitment to the community health centre model was reinforced by her experience working with CHCs around the province while with the Ministry of Health and later the Midwifery Program in the 1990s.
Janna Wigle
Secretary
Janna Wigle grew up in Long Branch and is a proud and active member of the South Etobicoke community. She is a critical, qualitative health researcher, focusing on global and community health issues related to sexual and reproductive health, youth, health equity, social justice, and human rights (particularly participation and citizenship) in sub-Saharan Africa and Canada.
Vyshnave Jeyabalan
Vyshnave has a Master’s degree in Health Information Science with a specialization in Global Health Systems and is also certified in PROSCI Change Management. As Project Manager with the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Vibrant Community Health Partnership, she leads an initiative to advance person-centered care using a patient, family, and caregiver engagement strategy.
Amira Abdalla
Amira is a recent social work graduate (Class of 2022) currently employed as a Development Support Worker, where she provides specialized care to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She has completed three healthcare internships, including one with LAMP, giving her valuable exposure to both primary care and hospital environments.
Karen Atkinson
Karen is a retired chartered accountant with extensive experience at Ernest & Young, leading global accounting and consulting projects focused on program evaluation, outcomes, and performance metrics. She brings strong expertise in managing complex financial and technical issues.
Timothy Ellis
Tim is a resident of South Etobicoke with a strong passion for and experience with advocacy. His talent with advocacy lie in the technical and organizational areas. In this capacity he has assisted in several political campaigns in Canada and the United States as a grassroots organizer.
Graham Rowlands
Graham Rowlands grew up in Toronto and now calls Mimico home. He prides himself on his connection to the community where he works as a local realtor. Graham founded the South Etobicoke Community Group, a local Facebook group that has grown to over 20,000 members.
Ryan McKeen
Ryan McKeen is a resident of South Etobicoke and a lawyer with experience in labour relations, human rights and civil litigation. Ryan is currently legal counsel with the in-house legal department of the Labourers’ International Union of North America, Local 183 practicing union side labour law.
Olga Semenovych
Olga is a recent resident of South Etobicoke, having moved into the community 3 years ago. Through her work experience as a freelance Design Researcher & Strategist, she brings a strong background in leading diverse community engagement initiatives and amplifying community voices.
Beth Anas
Beth is a resident of South Etobicoke who has utilized LAMP’s services throughout her 19-year residency in the area – especially the EarlyON programs for her kids when they were younger.
