Our Programs & Services

Our programs and services include drop-ins, registered programs (formal/age specific), specialized programs for families who have concerns about their child’s development, language specific programs (French, Spanish, Polish, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi), pre-natal and post-natal programs (massage, education, nutrition, breastfeeding), parenting programs (Nobody’s Perfect, Make the Connection, CARES), and our home visiting and parent relief program.

Drop-in is designed to promote parent/caregiver interaction and engagement. Activities include craft, sensory, math, science, circle, reading and much more!

It is also a time to access resources, information and to receive support around referrals. Parents/caregivers may arrive or leave at any time during the drop-in hours. No registration is required for drop-in programs. All programs are free of cost.

However, some programs are delivered to families who are under-resourced, isolated and/or facing barriers to achieving healthy child development. These programs provide a higher level of services and resources (e.g., TTC tokens, food vouchers, childcare, etc.) and participants must meet eligibility criteria.
