Free mindfulness classes to improve your health and well being. This 4 part series aims at helping you to develop strategies for everyday stress or anxiety management or pain management etc.. Sessions will include: mindfulness meditation, simple techniques to focus on breathing and muscle relaxation. Consecutive Wednesdays in August: August 5,12,19, 26 @ 3 pm online vis ZOOM.
