The nutrition program offers dietetic services (a registered dietitian) to LAMP clients and programs. One-on-one counseling is provided by a registered dietitian to LAMP people of all ages, who would like to improve their overall health, manage chronic conditions, and achieve lifestyle changes. Services such as: nutrition consultation (one on one meetings) , presentations, and workshops are also offered throughout LAMP in partnership with other programs.
Appointments are available for clients who live in south Etobicoke.

Craving Change Program
Format: virtually via Zoom
Duration: Six 1.5-hour sessions over six weeks

Subsequent meeting dates: every Wednesday until Wednesday, September 1st, 2021

The Craving Change program may be helpful for you if you are looking to:
– Understand why you eat the way you do
– Learn how to feel more in control over what and how much you eat
