The nutrition program offers dietetic services (a registered dietitian) to LAMP clients and programs. One-on-one counseling is provided by a registered dietitian to LAMP people of all ages, who would like to improve their overall health, manage chronic conditions, and achieve lifestyle changes. Services such as: nutrition consultation (one on one meetings) , presentations, and workshops are also offered throughout LAMP in partnership with other programs.
Appointments are available for clients who live in south Etobicoke.

We’ll talk about whether these are true and more during this virtual workshop!

This year’s Nutrition Month theme is “Good for You! Dietitians Help You Find Your Healthy.”
Healthy eating looks different for everyone and we want to explore how your culture, food traditions, personal circumstances and nutritional needs all contribute to what healthy looks like for you.
Participate for a chance to win a food hamper! Share a recipe, food photo, food memory, traditional food practice, or a helpful encounter with a dietitian and we will feature them in this virtual workshop. Feel free to add your name or share anonymously. Send a submission by March 29th, at 12:00 pm.
