Looking for something different to help boost your wellness and lift your spirits? LAMP is launching another wellness series with activities to improve mental health and well-being. Starting in November we are introducing 4 consecutive workshops on thursday afternoons that help people to cope with COVID-19 fatigue, stress and anxiety. The workshop will help you to manage and control thoughts and feelings with wellness techniques and tools. The series will be facilitated by Mary Craig Honours Psychology Degree, Master of Education and Environmental Sustainability specializing in contemplative studies and humane living. Certification in Yoga, Qigong, Thai Yoga Massage, Mindfulness for Chronic Pain Management and Mindfulness in Schools.
