In December we are offering another wellness series Mindful Meditation for the Holidays and Holiday Wellness. Learn how to strengthen your resilience through mindfulness in this 2-part wellness series! By focusing on the present moment non-judgmentally, you can bounce back quicker in times of stress and better cope with difficult situations. Explore guided meditations that provide practical means of enhancing resilience by boosting optimism, increasing adaptability to change, and improving emotional regulation. Use mindfulness as an important tool for shifting your perceptions, changing your responses, and focusing your attention on what really matters in your life. This 2-part series will teach you how to use evidence-based mindfulness practices more effectively, develop better coping mechanisms, improve life satisfaction, and increase overall levels of resilience.
