Free mindfulness classes to improve your health and well being. This 4 part series aims at helping you to develop strategies for everyday stress or anxiety management or pain management etc.. Facilitator Corin De Sousa is a graduate of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program from the Toronto Academic Pain Medicine Institute (TAPMI) at Women’s College.
