Fall is a great time for renewal and working to improve our health and wellbeing. Sign up today for our free online wellness workshops designed to increase health self-management skills. Breathing for relaxation, stretches, improving coping skills to deal with stress and the way we react to difficult situations, are just some of the topics covered. We are running both Wellness and Mindfulness classes online. The wellness session are held on tuesdays at 2 pm, the mindfulness series is offered in the evenings this fall at 7 pm on wednesdays.
