Why not stop by our Health and Wellness Fair this saturday at the Franklin Horner Community Centre March 11, 11 am-4 pm and check on your risk of diabetes, check your blood pressure and get some tips on how to control it. You can also screen for cancer, get your covid or flu vaccine, or find out how our free physiotherapy services work. It’s all under one roof and you can even win a gift basket. Other attractions include meditation, cardio fitness and drumming, You can even learn how to read labels for salt and sugar content etc., and get portion control tips.
