Wen-Do Training is back for FREE with a certification course in the fall. For the summer we are hosting an introduction to Wen-Do women’s self defense, a workshop where you can lean more on how to protect yourself in unsafe situations and help to develop the program. Mark your calendar now Monday July 24 from 6 to 8 pm in person in the community room. Physical moves will be taught to protect yourself from unsafe situations.
