Registration is now open for our latest mindfulness series and you can start anytime. LAMP is offering a Free online Meditation Series on “Mindful Renewal” held on Wednesdays at 3 PM. The class aims at helping you to develop strategies to build your coping skills and resilience. You will also gain tools to manage everyday stress or worry. The meditations can also help with anxiety management or pain management Sessions will include: simple techniques to focus on breathing and muscle relaxation.
Facilitator Corin De Sousa is a graduate of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program from the Toronto Academic Pain Medicine Institute (TAPMI) at Women’s College.
