Honouring the people whose lives have been altered by overdose. They are the family and friends grieving the loss of a loved one; workers in harm reduction and support services extending strength and compassion; or spontaneous first responders who selflessly assume the role of lifesaver.

Today is International Overdose Awareness Day. It’s a time when we need to stop and think about the people who are struggling with addictions, how many are losing their lives due to the Opiod Crisis, and how this horrible crisis is impacting people who have lost someone they love to addictions.
