Are you interested in working on the South Etobicoke Land Trust or learning more about land trusts in our community? Why not check out one of the monthly community meetings updating on the workgroups. The South Etobicoke Land Trust organization is holding a community meeting online and in person Wednesday Oct. 11 at 6 pm at LAMP. Join some very progressive residents who are taking action to establish a land trust. The purpose is to acquire land to develop and protect affordable housing. Working groups include: property acquisition and development, organizational development, Fundraising, Finance and Business Planning, Monitoring and Evaluations.
