Come and join us on Saturday, November 18 from 11 am – 5:00 pm and meet with nurses on site to get your blood pressure checked. The theme for this event is “Healthy Aging”.
On site, there will also be:

- Complimentary reflexologist session
- Paraffin treatment for improved circulation

- Chair massage station
- 12:00 pm – Stretching for Mobility
- 1:00 pm – Aging Well Workshop – Registered Dietitian
- 3:00 pm – Cancer Education Workshop
