Trained Information and Referral staff help you find the right government and community service in South/Central Etobicoke and throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Additional support and advocacy to resolve issues with these service providers is also available if needed.

Service Schedule

Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any walk-ins. To arrange a time for an in-person appointment, please call ahead. 

Staff are available to answer calls on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wed, and Thursdays only. Please note that due to reduced staffing at this time we may not be able to return your calls right away so please call well ahead of any deadlines you may have. 

Government Form Filling

COVID-19 Update July 13, 2020: Very limited. Call for assessment.

Support with completing most government forms and applications is available. Including Canada Pension, Old Age Security, Child Tax Benefit, Name Change, Birth Certificate, Canadian Passport and others. Service is provided by volunteers and staff.

Please note: We are not able to provide help with completing any documents issues by or for the courts or relating to court mandated support payments.
